Gary was an absolute pleasure to deal with and gave me reliable advice, which I subsequently verified through the use of an external component. The cost of repairing was not justified and I will continue to use the external component. Gary will be my first stop when I next encounter computer problems. I recommend him without hesitation.

Gary came out to help us in our time of need with a critical problem that needed urgent attention. He was prompt, courteous, patient, friendly and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Gary looking to solve their IT related issues.

Well, a year after my initial visit to Monitoring Computers for a minor fix, I decided to get my pc upgraded to Windows 11. And I still wholeheartedly stand by my decision to take my computer to Gary! Not only is he a really nice guy, he knows what he's doing, was happy to answer any questions and definitely won't charge like a wounded bull …, and it was all done in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier to have found someone in my area that is friendly and reliable. I again have no hesitations in recommending his services ..., you won't be disappointed. 👍😊

Gary is incredibly helpful and is my "go to" man for any computer issue. He doesn't make me feel silly with computer issues and quickly resolves the problem. Today he's been able to source a permanent version of MS Office (2019 version) and it's all legal. Then he's removed the current MS Office and then installed the 2019 version and I never have to pay the annual MS office subscription :) How good is that? Thank you Gary for your competence, diligence and willingness to help.
I highly recommend Gary from Monitoring Computers.

I came across Monitoring Computers when I was trying to deal with a computer warranty issue with another company, and I have to say that Gary was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the problem which helped me in reaching a resolution with the other company. Very trustworthy and reliable also. Highly recommend.
